KOBİ’lerde yeşil süreç inovasyonunu teşvik etmek için yeşil dönüşümcü liderliğin ve yeşil temel yeteneklerin etkilerinin incelenmesi

Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı, küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerdeki (KOBİ) işletme sahibi yöneticilerin yeşil dönüşümcü liderliğinin yeşil süreç inovasyonu üzerindeki rolünü incelemektir. Daha spesifik olarak, doğal kaynak temelli teori ve üst kademeler teorisini bir araya getiren bu çalışma, yeşil temel yeteneği, yeşil dönüşümcü liderliğin yeşil süreç inovasyonunu harekete geçirdiği önemli bir temel aracılık mekanizması olarak görmektedir. Geliştirilen teorik modeli test etmek için 403 KOBİ’den veri toplanmıştır. Analizi gerçekleştirmek için Smart PLS 3 analiz programı kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar, KOBİ’lerdeki işletme sahibi yöneticilerin yeşil dönüşümcü liderliğinin yeşil süreç inovasyonu ile doğrudan ve yeşil temel yetenekler aracılığıyla dolaylı pozitif bir ilişkisi olduğunu doğrulamaktadır. Ayrıca sonuçlar, KOBİ’lerdeki işletme sahibi yöneticilerin yeşil dönüşümcü liderliğinin yeşil temel yetenekler üzerinde olumlu bir etkisi olduğunu ve yeşil temel yeteneklerin de yeşil süreç inovasyonu desteklediğini göstermektedir. Çalışma, yeşil dönüşümcü liderlik ile yeşil süreç inovasyonu arasındaki ilişkileri aydınlatmakta, özellikle imalat KOBİ'leri endüstrisinde yeşil süreç inovasyonunu etkileyebilecek yönetsel gelişim alanlarının altını çizerek teorik ve pratik bilgilere katkıda bulunmaktadır.
