Özet

Bu çalışma, İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi (İKY) açısından çalışan mutluluğunun öneminin ortaya konması, çalışan mutluluğu ile ilişkili örgütsel kavramların ve iş tutumlarının belirlenmesi, bu konuya yönelik çalışmalara ivme kazandırılması, gelecekteki araştırmacılara ve diğer ilgililere yol gösterilmesi ve literatürdeki bilgi birikimine faydalı olunması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu bağlamda Science Citation Index (SCI) veri tabanında taranan “Human Resource Management Review” dergisinde 1995-2020 yılları arasında yayınlanan 48 makale sistematik literatür taramasıyla incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında, çalışan mutluluğu kavramının; iş tutumu, işin anlamı, iş keyfi, iş yerinde eğlence, güvenli ilişkiler, algılanan adalet, bağlanma stilleri, duygusal bağlılık, çalışanın ruh halleri, çalışan sinizmi, çalışan statüsü, çalışanın sosyal becerisi, çalışan sesi, çalışan sadakati çalışan refahı, iş deneyimi, iş stresi, sosyal ilişkiler, sağlık duygu, tutku, yüksek performans ve işini sevme, etik örgüt kültürü, promosyon odaklı özdenetim sistemi, Miller'in “Faydacı Teorisi”ne göre İK uygulamaları, Pro-sosyal kural çiğneme (Pro-social Rule Breaking- PSRB) ve Sürdürülebilir İKY stratejileri ile önemli derecede ilişkili olduğu gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca, çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde, literatürde çalışan mutluluğu ile ilişkili olduğu belirlenen örgütsel kavramlara yönelik geliştirilen önerilere de yer verilmiştir.
