Özet

Son yıllarda değişen örgütsel yönetim anlayışı, insan odaklı bir bakış açısına dayanmakta ve işgörenlerin maddi ihtiyaçları yanında sosyal ve psikolojik ihtiyaçlarının da dikkate alınmasını zorunlu kılmaktadır. İşgörenlerin, örgütlerin iç paydaşı olmaları, örgütsel süreçler üzerindeki büyük etkileri, yönetim biliminde insan davranışlarının daha sıklıkla konu edilmesinin önünü açmıştır. Örgütlerde işgören davranışlarının tanımlanıp birtakım faktörlerle ilişkisinin açıklanma çabası örgütsel davranış alanına yeni açılımlar sunmuştur. Bu noktadan hareketle kurgulanmış olan araştırmada, Konya’da bankacılık sektörü çalışanlarının örgütsel adalet algılarının, işe adanmışlık ve işten ayrılma niyetleri üzerindeki etkisinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, banka çalışanlarının örgütsel adalet algısının işe adanmışlık düzeyini artırdığı ve işten ayrılma niyetini ise azalttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
