Abstract

Relations between any two countries may be studied under three main headings: political, economic, cultural. These main headings can be further divided into subheadings. In the present study, both political and economic relations are each analyzed under 15 subheadings. Subsequently, political and economic interactions
between Turkey and the Russian Federation during the Yeltsin era are examined within the context of the case study of the gas and “suitcase” trades.
