Abstract

In this study, the relationship between distributive justice and organizational citizenship behavior was examined. In order to determine this relationship, a survey was conducted on 314 employees working in SMEs in Erzincan province. The data obtained were interpreted through the SPSS 21 package program. In the first part of the study, information is given to explain distributional justice and organizational citizenship behaviors. In the second part, the relationship between distributional justice and organizational citizenship behavior, the effect of distributional justice on organizational citizenship behavior and the relationship of variables with demographic data are explained. According to the results of the regression analysis, the distributional justice perception affects altruism, courtesy, conscientiousness and gentleman's behavior positively and strongly. Distributive justice has an impact on all organizational citizenship dimensions, except civil virtue.
