Unethical decisions taken in organizations, the discriminatory approach of management to employees, the insincere environment of the workplace, change in the workplace and the weak organizational climate reveals the tendency of employees to criticize and denigrate the organization at extreme points that make up their feelings of hatred, anxiety and concern for the organization and this is called as “cynicism”. The aim of this study is to examine the interaction between organizational cynicism, employee performance and unethical business decisions. Research data were obtained using survey method with employees in the textile sector in Istanbul and were evaluated in the SPSS program and regression analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis and comparative analysis were performed. As a result of the research, it was concluded that unethical decisions of the business management are powerful factors in the employees  developing a cynical attitude towards their businesses and in business performance.
