Today, occupational burnout starting with the depersonalisation of an individualto the occupation together with the stress of work life and turnover intention is one of the biggest problems of our age. Occupational burnout is defined as the physical and emotional devastation because of stress caused by working under difficult conditions. In this context, when an employee is not satisfied both physically and emotionally, turnover intention isobserved. There are severalfactors that cause employees to feel occupational burnout, and to leave work. One of these is the nostalgia sentiment.

        This is a quantitative research in which convenient sampling method has been used by contacting people directly in the educational institutions of Kahramanmaraş and Osmaniye cities. Reliability, regression and correlation analysis has been carried out in the research.

        As a result, it is proposed that occupational burnout and turnover intention have been affected by organizational nostalgia. In this context, it is important to determine the effect of organizational nostalgia on the turnover intention and occupational burnout.
