Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Tayland’daki tenis eğitim merkezlerinde uygulanan yönetim planlarına dair yapılmış çalışmaları incelemek ve yanısıra, yönetim planına ilişkin faktörlerin temelini ve değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırarak sunmaktır. Yapılan literatür taramasında, en popüler değişkenlerin kurumsal imaj, hizmet kalitesi, pazarlama karması (7p), doyum ve sadakat olduğu belirlenmiştir.
