Öz
Kurumların performanslarının her geçen gün katlanarak artması, üst düzey yöneticilerin sahip oldukları liderlik rolleri ve uygulanan insan kaynakları politikaları neticesinde belli olmaktadır. Kurumlarda çalışanların yaşadıkları memnuniyetsizlikler, liderlerin çalışanlar üzerindeki tutum ve davranışları, aynı zamanda kurumların ömürlerini de belirlemektedir. Kurumlarda yaşanan iş devir oranındaki artış aynı zamanda kurumun performansında düşüşe sebep olabilmekte, maliyet unsurunu ortaya çıkarabilmekte, çalışanlara verilen eğitimlerin sonuçsuz kalmasına sebep olabilmektedir. Yapılacak çalışmalar sayesinde, kurumlarda üst düzey yöneticilerin alacakları kararlarda ve liderlik rollerinin ortaya konmasına katkıda bulunulması önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmanın örneklem kitlesini İç Anadolu bölgesinde bulunan özel ve kamu sektöründeki 323 beyaz yakalılar oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular IBM SPSS 23 programında faktör ve güvenirlilik analizleri yapıldıktan sonra regresyon analizleriyle hipotezler test edilip analizleri yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir.
