Özet

Bu çalışma, motivasyon araçlarının (içsel ve dışsal) örgütsel bağlılık (normatif, devamlılık ve duygusal bağlılık) üzerindeki etkisini ortaya çıkarma amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada X ve Y Kuşağının motivasyon araçlarını önemseme düzeyi ve örgütsel bağlılıkları da karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, 171 kamu kurumu çalışanından anket yöntemiyle veriler toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS paketleme programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucundaki en temel bulgu; örgütsel bağlılık üzerinde dışsal motivasyon araçlarının etkisinin olduğudur. Ayrıca, çalışmadaki analizlere yönelik tüm bulgular yazındaki çalışmalarla karşılaştırılmıştır.
