The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a difference between white and blue collar employees in terms of internal customer satisfaction in line with internal customer satisfaction factors. For this purpose, a survey was conducted for the white and blue collar workers of the enterprise operating in the cement sector and the results of the survey were analyzed. It was determined that the satisfaction level of blue-collar employees, in terms of "wages", “quality of working life”,"communication","teamwork" and "employee training" is lower than the satisfaction level of the white-collar workers.
