The aim of this study is to investigate the mediating role of psychological ownership in the effect of servant leadership on job satisfaction. For this purpose, data were collected from 442 participants working at different manufacturing companies in Adana. The relationships between variables were determined by performing confirmatory factor analysis and the model's goodness of fit tests and regression analysis were conducted using structural equation modelIn order to test the mediating role, the significance of the indirect effects was examined using the bootstrap method. In the analyses, it was determined that servant leadership had a significant positive effect on psychological ownership. As a result of mediating analysis, psychological ownership was found to have a partial mediator role in the relationship between servant leadership and job satisfaction.
